通过查慎行对《瀛奎律髓》中陆游诗歌的评点可以看出，他在章法、用典、字法、句法、对仗等方面对陆游诗歌多有称赏，对陆游学古不化及艺术上的瑕疵亦多有批评，总体上体现出较为客观的批评态度。在查慎行的诗学理论体系中，陆游的地位经历了一个由高到低的过程。查慎行对自己青年时期偶像的批评与颠覆，体现出其晚年诗学理论的转变与成熟。     

大学生性别角色群体对同性恋态度的研究

同性恋是当今社会无法回避且必须正视的问题之一,高校校园中的同性恋状况更值得关注。对1288名大学生的调查发现,大学生中的未分化角色和双性化角色比例较高,大学生群体的性别角色与其对同性恋的态度具有一定关联性。同性恋在高校校园具有一定的比例,但大学生对同性恋的态度总体比较客观和宽容,同时也发现现有性别教育不能满足现实需要,应该通过防艾知识教育、心理健康教育、性别角色教育加强大学生的性别教育。     

A cyclical view of the relationship between corporate governance and strategic management

The vast majority of research on the relationship between corporate governance and strategic management focuses on the impact of corporate governance on strategic management. In this article we propose a cyclical model, highlighting that strategic decisions can also affect corporate governance through shaping firm ownership structure. We discuss the impacts of strategic decisions on firm ownership structure and corporate governance in the contexts of publicly traded firms, private firms, and the privatization of state-owned enterprises. We hope that our cyclical model can promote researchers to develop a more complete view about the relationships between strategic management, ownership structure, and corporate governance.     

宏观经济对国债利率期限结构的影响研究

文章用隐因子模型和无套利简约宏观金融模型分别对中国国债收益率曲线进行拟合和预测,发现将宏观因子加入利率期限模型后,国债收益率曲线的长端拟合和预测效果均有提升.经脉冲响应和方差分解分析后发现,CPI增长率主要通过影响短期收益率来影响收益率曲线,而工业增加值增长率主要通过影响长期收益率来影响收益率曲线.此外,简约宏观金融模型可以形成对宏观经济的预测,尤其是对工业增加值增长率的预测较为准确.     

Vine copula constructions of higher-dimensional dependent reliability systems

Copulas have proved to be very successful tools for the flexible modeling of dependence. Bivariate copulas have been deeply researched in recent years, while building higher-dimensional copulas is still recognized to be a difficult task. In this paper, we study the higher-dimensional dependent reliability systems using a type of decomposition called “vine,” by which a multivariate distribution can be decomposed into a cascade of bivariate copulas. Some equations of system reliability for parallel, series, and k-out-of-n systems are obtained and then decomposed based on C-vine and D-vine copulas. Finally, a shutdown system is considered to illustrate the results obtained in the paper.

马克思的历史哲学遗产之精华在于,通过《资本论》及手稿揭示了资本与资本主义的历史内生机制。资本是一面反映人类特定历史存在的镜子,它的内在否定性既是人类生存困境的折射,也是人类自由发展的辩证过程。资本的扬弃逻辑和人类的自我超越决定了资本主义的历史限度。     

China and global internet governance: toward an alternative analytical framework

Drawing on historical methods, this study assesses the conventional “cyber-sovereignty” framework, which has been used to capture and interpret China’s stance toward global Internet governance. This framework focuses on political control and tends to reduce China’s policies to the attempts by an authoritarian state to elevate governments and intergovernmental organizations to be the only legitimate governors of global cyberspace. As it traces the evolution of China’s relationship with the global Internet in the past three decades, the study demonstrates that China’s stance is more complex than the prevalent framework allows and that it is both built upon and different from the US-centric, market-oriented Internet governance scheme. This study recognizes the inadequacy of the conventional framework and invokes a theory of critical political economy of communication, thereby offering an alternative model to explicate the complex power dynamics behind China’s changing strategies. The alternative model advanced in this study is based on the understanding of China’s evolving approach as the product of multifaceted interactions among a group of power-holders that include both state agencies and business units on the transnational level.     

基于供需分析的新生代农民工职业化研究

借鉴经济学中供给和需求的分析视角,对新生代农民工职业化的研究表明:政府对职业化的贡献度最大,是推动新生代农民工职业化的主导力量,要重点推动户籍制度改革,完善各项制度保障,构建现代化职业教育体系。企业是推动新生代农民工职业化的实践场所,除了考虑为支付新生代农民工职业化成本而承担新生代农民工违约的风险,还要承担起相应的社会责任。新生代农民工要通过快速职业化提高职业技能水平,保持职业的相对稳定,积极参加职业教育,适应城镇化和工业化快速发展的迫切需要。     

Trauma and health risk behaviors in people with severe mental illness

The current study tests the association between a composite measure of unsafe sex and sharing syringes for drug use with six of the more common lifetime traumatic/stressful events in 421 community mental health clients with severe mental illness (SMI) while controlling for psychiatric symptoms and related problems. A small but significant proportion of respondents said they had injected drugs with a shared needle in their lifetime (30, 7.2%), and a much larger proportion of respondents had engaged in unprotected sex (165, 39.2%). Unprotected sex and needle sharing were significantly correlated (Spearman’s rho = .20, p < .01). Frequency of lifetime traumatic events that occurred at least once was reported by one third to three quarters of clients depending on type of trauma. Regression analysis revealed that substance abuse and lifetime homelessness were significantly correlated with health risk behaviors. Practitioners need to be continuously vigilant to comorbid substance use and the housing needs of people with SMI. Limitations of the study include its cross-sectional design.     

国家、民族、社区——美国国家公园建设的经验及教训

美国国家公园建设过程中，以国家为主导，注重国家意识，定位服务功能，体现其教育理念，并在此过程中将管理和利用模式由开始的保护转变为现在的保护与利用并行，为全世界提供了一个成功的模板。但在其100年的发展过程中，环境的破坏，原住民权利的漠视，游客管理的混乱，是其曾遇到或正在面临的问题。建议我国在进行国家公园建设时，应扬长避短，突出国家名义，强调社区参与和游客管理先行，并注重国家公园的公益性和教育功能。
